Globe Valley has developed core competencies in Contact Centre Services as a result of the growth in Transaction Processing and Management of a sister company Ready Interactive and the existing management has operated a 5-10 seat Contact Centre since early 2006.
At the beginning of 2009, a dedicated 40 seat call centre was constructed in Technology Park, Bentley close to Curtin University and in October 2009, premises in Manjimup were secured for the development of a regional Contact Centre. All centres utilise the most modern and available technologies including fibre optic links to each of the centres where possible. The configuration of multiple centres allows for redundancy and peak load sharing, mitigating client risk..
